- Device and app usage data: event analytics such as screens viewed, feature usage, and basic device information (e.g., OS version, app version). Collected via analytics providers.
- On‑device content: alarms, timers, and preferences you create are stored locally on your device.
- Imported audio: if you import audio, files are stored locally in the App’s sandbox and are not uploaded by us.
- Purchases: subscription and in‑app purchase status is provided by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details.
We do not collect contact information unless you choose to email us.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide and operate App features (alarms, timers, sounds).
- Understand usage to improve performance and reliability.
- Detect and fix issues, and provide support.
- Enforce terms and comply with legal obligations.
3) Analytics and Third Parties
- Analytics: We use privacy‑focused analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to measure usage. We disable ad storage/personalization signals and collect only basic usage events.
- Paywall/subscriptions: We may use a paywall service (e.g., Superwall) to present and manage subscription flows.
- Apple: Purchases are handled by Apple; we receive non‑financial purchase status.
- These providers process data on our behalf subject to their own privacy policies.
4) Data Storage and Retention
- On‑device data (alarms, timers, imported audio) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Analytics data is retained by our providers per their settings/policies (typically 2–14 months, subject to change).
6) Permissions
- Alarms/notifications: We request permission to schedule and present alarms/alerts.
- Files: If you choose to import audio, the system may prompt you to grant file access for your selection. We do not scan your device storage.
7) Your Choices
- You can revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.
- You can delete on‑device data (e.g., alarms, imported audio) or uninstall the App.
- For analytics, you can contact us to request limited deletion where feasible. Because we don’t maintain user accounts and analytics are pseudonymous, we may not be able to identify and delete specific records.
8) Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we’ve collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
9) International Transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
